I received the announcement not long ago for the Spirit First Meditation Poetry Contest 2017. You can enter up to three poems, and the entry deadline is January 31, 2017. I didn't receive the notification until January 2016 for the 2016 contest so I really appreciate the additional time to get my thoughts in order for the 2017 contest. I have never won this contest but it's a fun way to get the creative thoughts flowing. I already have one poem in my mind. I'm looking forward to some friendly competition. ; )
